Frosted LLC offers bakery products and related services. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from their descriptions due to the handmade nature of our baked goods. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods specified during ordering. If a payment method fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Pickup and delivery
Local pickup is in Edmond, Oklahoma. Delivery may be available for orders over $500, subject to availability. Delivery starts at $50. Pickup and delivery details are confirmed during booking.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
6. User conduct
Users may not engage in illegal activity, disrupt the website or services, submit false or misleading information, or upload or transmit harmful content. Frosted LLC may restrict or terminate access for violations.
